My only complaint is that including the unattainable fully discounted price on the website is misleading. Other than that though, everyone at the dealership was a pleasure to work with. I was able to complete much of the process prior to arriving. Once arrived, everything was completed in a very reasonable amount of time.

Later he also advised me that the air filter and cabin air filter needed to be replaced and gave me an estimated cost. I agreed to have them replaced. The wait time was unexpectedly short.

The people I dealt with were wonderful. The only complaint I would have is that it took two hours to fix the recall problems. I attribute this to having only two mechanics available at the time. I’m sure they were going as fast as they could.

Corey was very helpful to work with. A little insulted that my old car was valued so little. Love my new car. This is the second car I have purchased from Marshal Mize and will probably use them again. I had to ask why the price on the GMC was different on the Bill of Sale than online. It was changed to the correct price after my deal was finalized. I'm supposed to receive a check for the difference.

I didn't have any problems with Felicia, but I am disappointed with the service they provided and I am also upset that they broke a part of my car and left the engine dirty with oil.

Falicha Newton answered the call in service and she worked me in Wednesday. I got the oil changed then. She had to order parts for the coolant system, which came in the next day. There was a delay getting to my appointment on Thursday, but 2 service techs came up to check on me. I was ok with it as there was an issue with another customer. Had a good experience purchasing our F450. Salesman was not pushing for a sale, but was very helpful and easy going. Mike Weeks may be the nicest and most down to earth car dealership person in management I have ever met. Mike gained my trust, and that is what resulted in the sale. I felt good when I left the dealership, which is not something I experience often.

If you need to buy a car, Marshal Mize is the place to go. Matthew and Mike worked together to give us the best price and was patient with us as we made our decision. We also came in at closing and they stayed late to make and close the deal. They did not pressure us into making a deal but allowed us time and worked with us to find the right car and price.
