This was my first experience using Marshal Mize Ford for automotive services. I was very pleased with the prompt and courteous service provided by Jaime. Unlike other dealership service encounters, Jaime stated that he would be in constant communication regarding updates pertaining to my vehicle and he followed through 100%. THIS is how you provide a great customer service experience! Second visit - Able Vargas provided excellent service! He was very prompt, efficient, and friendly during the check-in process. Able provided the same high-level service when I return to retrieve my automobile later that morning. Thank you Able!!! The one thing I will do differently next time…….I will pay by check or cash during my next visit. If you choose to pay via credit card, Marshall Mize will apply a 3% percent merchant services fee (credit card usage fee) to your total balance. This additional fee can get pretty exuberant based on your overall service/repair cost.
