Purchase only: Rob was very easy to work with and knowledgeable. Purchase went very well however, the day after I took possession of the vehicle, I was notified of a service bulletin that required a 2 day service call. Shouldn't recalls and service bulletins be completed prior to the customer taking possession. I didn't appreciate not receiving an owner's manual or a spare tire. I was only told these wouldn't be provided after the sale had been agreed upon.
