You Can Never Go Wrong with Giving Regular Service Its Due

Taking a pass on a portion of your essential maintenance schedule might not appear to be a noteworthy occurrence, but traveling down this road is a quick way to remove years (and a considerable sum of miles) off of the useful life of your car. To prove this point, here is a review of the consequences that come with neglecting usual services that absolutely deserve your consideration:

  • Oil Changes - Failing to routinely replace your oil is a fast way to wear away the vital parts of your motor via a dearth of lubrication.
  • Tire Rotations - Bald spots and avoidable wear and tear, as well as an increased risk of roadside issues, are all warning signs of tires that have not been consistently rotated.
  • Timing Belt Changes - A neglected timing belt is akin to an impending disaster in that it can cause extreme damage to your engine if it gets to the stage of serious degradation and fails during your daily drive.
  • Brake Inspections - While brakes might appear to be tedious, taking a moment to scrutinize these essential parts on a regular basis makes certain they are ready to work correctly when you need to slow things down.

The point here? Skipping out on the basic service your car desperately needs to stay in running order is never a strong choice. The health of your vehicle is at stake, so go ahead and connect with Marshal Mize Ford when you are ready to tackle these uncomplicated services.
